Music

Music is an important part of our of our worship at First Congregational UCC in Anoka. We are blessed with a variety of strong musical talents which are shared through our Chancel Choir, Bell Choir, special music presentations, and enthusiastic hymn singing.  We cherish exquisite organ classics, contemporary piano solos, string band ballads, the Broadway songbook, and plenty more!

Our Chancel Choir sings on the first and third Sundays of every month (September through May) with extra involvement around Christmas and Easter.  Singers rehearse for an hour each Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. All that is required is a love of singing--why not join us?

Our Bell Choir plays occasionally as schedules and practice level permit. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm.

Special Music

Instrumentalists, soloists, and small ensembles offer their talents as a meaningful part of our worship and come from both the congregation and the wider community as well.  If you have a talent to share and interested in providing special music please contact the office.
